Personal Assistant (HR/Admin)
We are in the search of hiring Personal Assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and to be able to do HR related duties. Depending on your experiences and exposures which the assessment will provide the duties for supporting the manager around the job-scope required.
Our Personal Assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about just getting started in your career, striking a tone of business management and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.
Ultimately, you will gain HR/Admin experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all organization functions.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures including Microsoft
- Softwares (power points, excels etc)
- Digital skills in designing such as canva and videos. Have an eye for trends in social media
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize well
- Attention to details, problem-solving skills and initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Assist in interview and expansion process
- Arrange appointments and meetings for manager to meet clients
- Liaise with clients and vendors
- Orientation of events planning and meetings preparations
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Other ad-hocs to the manager such as day to day operations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
