Your Role: The Right Hand to Our Leader
You'll be the behind-the-scenes force that assists the leader. From managing calendars to preparing meeting briefs and handling confidential communications, your role is key to ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries
- Screen and prioritize emails and communications , document checking
- Prepare reports, client presentations, and internal memos
- Maintain and organize confidential files and documents
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Assist with project tracking and follow-up tasks
- Anticipate needs and act with initiative
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant / admin role (insurance or finance industry is a plus)
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Diploma or degree minimum
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar tools
- Positive attitude, resourceful mindset, and strong problem-solving skills
