Are you a people-person with a knack for organization? Our client, a renowned name in the Automobile industry, is looking for a Office Receptionistto be the welcoming face of their office and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calls, screen and direct to departments, update phone list
  • Welcome visitors, assist with registration, notify hosts, restrict access, prepare drinks
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
  • Clean and maintain meeting rooms, assist with bookings and refreshments
  • Oversee pantry inventory, report equipment issues, provide admin support, manage staff lockers, process travel invoices
  • Manage golf equipment and perform other assigned tasks
Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' Level and above
  • 1–3 years of receptionist or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
