**The Nurturing Co.** is looking for a **Sales Admin Executive** with a strong passion for sustainability. You'll be working closely with our sales team and have the opportunity to help grow and shape our company & our B2B sales programme— the only limit is your drive, commitment, and imagination.

**The responsibility**:

- Managing business accounts and providing tailored solutions for our stakeholders
- Handle overall admin and growth support duties
- Build up information on potential customers
- Processing adhoc changes by clients relating to their orders
- Develop and foster a positive relationship with our stakeholders whilst looking for opportunities to cross-sell
- Involve in after sales customer service support
- Identifying and driving business opportunities across different functions and departments.
- Communicate and update our stakeholders on the latest products and developments regularly
- Handling the day-to-day transactions and other assigned activities
**Requirement**:

- At least 1 years of working experience in servicing of B2B sales admin / support role.
- Meticulous and highly detailed oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
- Empathetic towards customers and our fulfilment teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated and self-driven
- People-oriented and able to build rapport with stakeholders
- A fast learner who is able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
- For PT, able to commit min 20 hours per week
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
