Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, driving sales and marketing efforts to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for Company Lube Oil.
- Devise suitable sales plans and strategies for respective markets.
- Visit customers and markets periodically to understand market conditions and problems.
- Conduct marketing efforts and sales activities to expand and strengthen sales.
- Develop and improve business relations with all customers.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and formulation of suitable sales and marketing plans.
- Conduct area/product marketing activities to improve area and regional sales.
- Conduct sales training for parts/service staff and customers.
- Work closely with the operations team to achieve sales targets and ensure higher allocation ratios to customers.
- Participate in service and 3S campaigns to understand market conditions.
- Handle and attend to customer inquiries and complaints patiently.
- Maintain good rapport and ensure good customer service with customers.
- Keep up to date with market trends, data, and utilize information for business improvement.
- Ensure orders are received as planned.
- Improve allocation ratios and supply lead times with scheduled orders.
- Ensure all orders can be shipped as per schedule.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely shipment.
- Conduct area marketing (for non-captive and company lube).
- Conduct and set up training material for distributors/end-users education (for non-captive and company lube).
- Develop partnership development plans and implement them with selected distributors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints patiently.
- Proficiency in order management and shipping arrangements.
- Experience in project management and conducting campaigns.
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize market data for business improvement.
- Ability to work closely with the operations team to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
