Manager / Senior Manager (Atrium Sales & Events)

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to lead and oversee atrium operations and promotional events across our retail network. This role plays a vital part in driving sales performance, executing impactful events, and leading a team to deliver operational excellence.

What Awaits You:

  • Drive sales performance for atrium promotions and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Manage atrium bookings and liaise with building management and suppliers for smooth operations.
  • Oversee timely setup and dismantling of atrium events, ensuring fixtures, logistics, and POS systems are in place.
  • Ensure promotions are well-signed, presentable, and effective in attracting customers.
  • Monitor sales performance of promotional items and provide insights to management.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure accuracy in invoicing, pricing, and product coding.
  • Minimise shrinkage through effective controls and strong loss prevention practices.
  • Maintain proper planning cycles, records, and rostering for atrium teams.
  • Lead, coach, and support staff to maintain high standards of performance and grooming.
  • Work closely with People team and Area Managers on staffing matters, including attendance and performance of staff.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping of atrium and promotional areas.
  • Take on additional projects and duties as assigned by superior.

  • Relevant supervisory experience in retail promotions/atrium management.
  • Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Senior Manager appointment.
  • Sales-oriented, customer-focused, and digitally savvy.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous, committed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible to work varied hours to support operational needs.
