What you'll be doing?- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed company targets by identifying new opportunities across all sectors.
- Product Promotion: Showcase and sell both existing and newly launched products and services with enthusiasm.
- Account Management: Provide professional, ethical, and detail-oriented service to client accounts.
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on products and services.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with key clients.
- Idea Generation: Contribute innovative ideas during internal sessions and support client pitches.
- Requirement Analysis: Identify client needs and effectively communicate them to internal teams.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation for successful project implementation.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications.
- Sales Support: Respond promptly to inquiries and prepare competitive quotations.
- After-Sales Service: Provide reliable support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare monthly forecasts, reports, and achieve set KPIs.
- Strategy Development: Plan and implement new sales strategies to capture market opportunities.
- Effective Communication: Maintain professional communication via email and Microsoft Teams.
- Sales Experience: At least 5 years of proven sales performance in a similar role.
- Account Management Skills: Strong ability in professional account servicing and relationship management.
- Education: Non-degree tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable discussing and understanding complex technical solutions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
