Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of maintenance services by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies, and expanding the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement in performance.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal preparation, and negotiation to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to refine sales strategies, improve results, and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Service Sales within Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  • Experience in ACMV or HVAC systems will be an advantage.
