Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new advertising sales opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Sell advertising solutions (digital, or other media) tailored to clients' business needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Develop, present, and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- For Executive level: 2 years of experience in advertising/media sales or related fields.
- For Senior Executive level: 3–5 years of proven experience in advertising or media sales, with a strong sales track record and client portfolio.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for building client relationships.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- A team player with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.
- Goal-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Experience with digital marketing and advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
- Proven track record in advertising/media sales is preferred for senior-level consideration.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience but a strong interest in media sales are also welcome to apply.
