Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end sales coordination including quotation, order processing, and invoicing.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents (DO, packing list, invoice, etc.) and liaise with freight forwarders.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Monitor payment schedules and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Support sales reporting, exhibitions, and other related activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, responsible, and a good team player.
  • Must be familiar with Incoterms
