Location: Marine Parade

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour, Alternate Saturday Half Day

Benefits: Basic up $3000 + Comms + Bonuses + Allowances

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively prospect and secure new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Arrange appointments and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct in-person visits to showcase our logistics and shipping solutions and close deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new, existing, and previously lost accounts.
  • Follow up consistently with clients to confirm bookings and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records in our CRM/database.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 'O' Level qualification.
  • At least 2 years of active sales experience (preferably in the shipping/logistics industry).
  • Energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated personality with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus point
  • Willingness to travel overseas occasionally.
