Are you organised, creative, and excited to turn ideas into memorable experiences?

We're looking for an Events & Marketing Assistant to join our team and help bring engaging events to life. Whether you're just starting out or already love managing behind-the-scenes details, this role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Event Planning & Coordination – Support the end-to-end planning and execution of events
  • Logistics & Vendor Management – Help liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers
  • RSVP & Guest Management – Manage guest lists, handle registrations, and track attendance
  • Event Prep – Assist in preparing materials like name tags, decks, and post-event reports
  • Creative Input – Contribute fresh ideas for event themes, activities, and improvements
  • On-Site Support – Provide hands-on help during live events and ensure smooth operations

Who We're Looking For

  • Students or diploma holders in Events, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality
  • Some experience in events, admin, or logistics is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and good at multitasking
  • A team player who's proactive and confident working with guests and vendors
  • Willing to support occasional evening or weekend events as needed
