**We’re Hiring: Events & Marketing Assistant**
**Part-Time / Internship | Flexible Hours | Students Welcome**

We’re looking for a passionate **Events & Marketing Assistant** to help us plan, coordinate, and execute events that leave a lasting impact. Whether you're exploring the industry for the first time or already love managing the behind-the-scenes details, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Event Planning & Coordination** - Assist with planning and executing events from start to finish
- **Logistics & Vendor Coordination** - Assist in managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and communicating with venues
- **RSVP & Guest List Management** - Oversee guest lists, handle RSVPs, and manage event platforms for seamless registration
- **Preparation & Documentation** - Prepare materials like name tags, presentation decks, and post-event reports
- **Creative Contribution** - Share your ideas for event themes, content, and ways to improve future events
- **On-Site Event Support** - Be an essential part of the team on the day of the event, offering hands-on assistance

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Students or diploma holders in Events, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality
- Previous experience in events, admin, or logistics is a bonus
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team
- Outgoing, proactive, and confident when interacting with guests and partners
- Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event needs
