**We’re Hiring: Events & Marketing Assistant**

**Part-Time / Internship | Flexible Hours | Students Welcome**

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable experiences?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable **Events & Marketing Assistant** to support our team in planning and executing impactful events. Whether you're gaining your first hands-on experience or already have a flair for coordination, this role offers exciting opportunities to grow in a dynamic, creative environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Event Planning & Coordination - Support the team in organizing events from start to finish, ensuring smooth and successful execution
- Logistics & Vendor Coordination - Assist in managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and communicating with venues
- RSVP & Guest List Management - Oversee guest lists, handle RSVPs, and manage event platforms for seamless registration
- Preparation & Documentation - Prepare materials like name tags, presentation decks, and post-event reports
- Creative Contribution - Share your ideas for event themes, content, and ways to improve future events
- On-Site Event Support - Be an essential part of the team on the day of the event, offering hands-on assistance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Students or diploma holders in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality
- Prior experience in events, administration, or logistics is a plus
- Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with others
- Friendly, proactive, and confident when interacting with guests and vendors
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (depending on event schedule)
