Do you enjoy planning, organizing, and making things happen? We’re looking for a passionate and reliable **Events & Marketing Assistant** to support our growing team in creating memorable, well-executed events.

Whether you're a student looking to gain experience or someone with a keen eye for detail and creativity, this is your chance to shine in a vibrant and fast-moving environment

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Assist with event planning and execution - from setup to day-of coordination
- Support logistics, vendor communication, and venue coordination
- Manage RSVPs, event platforms, and guest lists
- Help prepare documents, name tags, presentation decks, and post-event reports
- Contribute ideas for event concepts, content, and improvements
- Be part of the on-ground support team during events

What We’re Looking For:

- Students or diploma holders in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality
- Prior experience in events, admin, or logistics is a plus
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with guests and vendors
- Available on some evenings and weekends (event-based)
