Hiring: Events & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

We would love to receive new creations and ideas from you Be sure to gain practical experience while contributing to impactful events and marketing initiatives.

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in managing the entire event process, from ideation to execution
  • Logistics & Vendor Management: Act as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and our guests, ensuring smooth operations. Prepare materials (eg. name tags, presentation decks)
  • RSVP & Guest Management: Oversee registrations, maintain accurate guest lists, and track attendance.
  • Event Analysis: Prepare post-event reports for analysis and improvements
  • Creative Ideation: Generate new ideas for our event themes and activities to enhance the overall experience
  • On-Site Support: Participate in setup, coordination, and smooth running of events on the day.

Requirements:

  • Students or Diploma holders in Events, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality (Or relevant studies)
  • Prior experience in events, admin, or logistics is a bonus
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Willing to support the occasional evening or weekend event
