Event Ambassador

We’re looking for **friendly, energetic Event Ambassadors** to support our team in hosting **investment dining seminars, lifestyle-focused financial workshops, and community events**.

Your role is to help create a **welcoming, professional, and enjoyable guest experience** — while also **capturing key moments through photos and short videos** to document the event.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests, assist with registration, and guide them through the event
- Provide on-site support to speakers and workshop facilitators
- Engage attendees and help them feel comfortable during sessions
- Assist in setting up event materials and collecting feedback
- Represent the event brand with professionalism and warmth
- **Ability to take good photos and short videos** (using phone or camera) for event documentation will be advantageous

What We’re Looking For
- **Outgoing and approachable personality** - you enjoy meeting new people
- Confident communicator in English
- **Bilingual ability (Mandarin) is an advantage** to liaise with Chinese-speaking participants
- Well-presented, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic event environment
- No prior finance knowledge required — training provided

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
