Join Anglo Caregivers as a Nurse and Connect Families with Compassionate Care
Are you a nurse with a passion for helping families find the perfect caregiver? At Anglo Caregivers, your key role will be to bridge the gap between families in need and the live-in caregivers who can transform their lives. You will be the trusted expert who understands both the family's needs and the caregiver's abilities.
In this vital role, you will:
- Help Families Hire the Right Caregiver: Conduct detailed care assessments for families to truly understand their needs and preferences. Using your professional insight, you'll match them with the most suitable live-in caregivers and facilitate interviews, ensuring a perfect and lasting fit.
- Empower Caregivers with Training: Once a match is made, you'll take the lead in providing essential training. You'll equip caregivers with the skills needed to confidently handle their new responsibilities, including caregiving tasks, communication techniques, and how to manage challenging behaviors. Your guidance will ensure they are fully prepared to provide the best possible care.
- Drive Care Coordination: Take the lead in creating personalized, impactful care plans for our elderly clients. Your expertise will be crucial in designing strategies that enhance their well-being and quality of life at home.
- Be an Advocate for Caregiving: Step into the spotlight as an ambassador for our mission. On occasion, you'll have the chance to speak at events and share your passion and knowledge, inspiring others about the profound importance of compassionate caregiving.
What We Offer
- 5-Day Work Week: Office hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM); rest day on one weekday and one weekend day (alternate between Saturdays and Sundays)
- Purpose-Driven Work: Enjoy job satisfaction through helping families secure well-trained caregivers
- Attractive Benefits:
- 14 days of annual leave
- Birthday leave
- Performance and annual bonuses
