**Job Requirements**:
Resources and Capacity Planning
- Strategic planning for short-term and long-term resource needs of clinical service in terms of space, manpower and resources across three departments of KTP-NUCMI.
- KTP-NUCMI Lead for HR matters:

- Coordination of staff TPM cycle including ranking, NUCMI moderation for all job groups.
- Review and alignment of staff grades and prospective promotions
- Support all clinical manpower matters such as:

- Manpower request
- Clinical Fellows
- Resident Physicians
- Locums hiring
- Senior doctors hiring
- Promotions
- KTP-NUCMI Lead for Finance and Workplan - prepare KTP-NUCMI workplan involving all 3 clinical departments, prepare and collate cluster budget planning submission to Finance
- KTP-NUCMI Lead for Kent Ridge Masterplan - coordinate with interview department stakeholders for discussion and submission to CPD

Operations and Admin = Department of Neonatology and Department of Paediatric Surgery
- Planning, implementing and monitoring Department of Neonatology's and Department of Paediatric Surgery's workplan in collaboration with clinicians and other stakeholders
- Provide administrative and operations support to outpatient and inpatient for both departments above and supporting partners (RMHC, LEGO and Singapore Science Centre)
- Work closely with HODs, Clinical Directors, Clinicians and Nurse Managers to operationalize and improve work processes
- Work closely with patient experience team, internal stakeholders and other departments to improve the experience for patients throughout their care process
- Work with relevant departments to prepare agreements for various services
- Coordinate manpower matters (Allied Health and Ancillary Staff)

Operations and Admin - Community Paeds and Children's Emergency
- Provide guidance and oversight to operations team of Child Development Unit (e.g. piece rate funding discussion with MOH, renovation expansion proposal)
- Work closely with Clinicians and Nurses to ensure smooth operations and Children's Urgent Care clinic (e.g. review and improve work processes, project extension discussion with MOH)
- Work closely with EMD operations team to coordinate various Department of Paediatrics initiatives at Children's Emergency (e.g. home recovery programme, manpower planning)
- Provide admin and operational support for Paediatric Home Care Programme

Infrastructure Improvement Works
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure adequate phase planning of renovation projects, ensure site works comply with hospital standards, bed closures, bi-monthly update to project steering committee, IDC and MOH
- Work with CIFO and users through weekly Site Project Meetings to ensure ward renovations are within budget and completed within reasonable timeframe

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised Degree
- More than 10 years of relevatnt experience
- Knowledge of hospital inpatient and outpatient operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to conceptualise and plan strategically for large tertiary centre
- Able to work independantly
- Strong people skills
- Motivated with positive attitude
- Expert level usage of Excel, Word and Powerpoint software
- Competent in data analysis
- Excellent command of English
