**We're Hiring: Events Assistant**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the entire event lifecycle — from planning to on-site execution — including coordinating logistics, vendor communications, and day-of operations.
- Manage event registrations across various platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and a seamless attendee experience.
- Serve as the key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing document and managing RSVP, and assisting with event-related correspondence
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiences and improve planning processes

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in event planning and platform management is a plus
- A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak event periods
