We are hiring an **Events & Marketing Assistant**to help us create unforgettable and impactful memories. Passion for creations? Overflowing of ideas? Whether you're experienced or not, this opportunity is great for you

**Responsibilities**
Gain valuable experience and play a key role in our events and marketing efforts:

- **Event Planning & Coordination**: Support the full cycle of our events, from planning to execution.
- **Logistics & Vendor Liaison**: Be the point of contact and work with our vendors, service providers and guests to ensure smooth operations.
- **RSVP & Guest Management**: Manage registrations, track attendance, and keep guest lists up to date.
- **Event Prep**: Assist with preparing materials like name tags, presentation decks, and post-event reports.
- **Creative Brainstorming**: Share ideas on themes, activities, and ways to elevate the event experience.
- **On-Site Support**:Help with event setup, coordination, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Students or diploma holders in **Events, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality**:

- Some experience in events, admin, or logistics is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Willing to support the occasional **evening or weekend** event
