**We’re Hiring: Events & Marketing Assistant**

**Part-Time / Internship | Flexible Hours | Students Welcome**

Are you organised, creative, and passionate about turning ideas into unforgettable experiences?

We’re looking for an **Events & Marketing Assistant** to join our team and help bring engaging events to life. Whether you're just starting out or already have a knack for managing behind-the-scenes details, this role offers **hands-on experience** in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Event Planning & Coordination** - Assist with the full planning and execution of events
- **Logistics & Vendor Management** - Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers
- **RSVP & Guest Management** - Handle registrations, manage guest lists, and track attendance
- **Event Prep** - Support material prep (name tags, decks, post-event reports, etc.)
- **Creative Input** - Brainstorm themes, activities, and ways to improve the guest experience
- **On-Site Support** - Help with setup, coordination, and smooth event execution

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Students or diploma holders in **Events, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality**:

- Some experience in events, admin, or logistics is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Willing to support the occasional **evening or weekend** event
