We're hiring**:Events & Marketing Assistant**

**Responsibilities**
Gain practical experience while contributing to impactful events and marketing initiatives:

- **Event Planning & Coordination**: Assist in managing the entire event process, from ideation to execution
- **Logistics & Vendor Management**: Act as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and our guests, ensuring smooth operations
- **RSVP & Guest Management**: Oversee registrations, maintain accurate guest lists, and track attendance.
- **Event Preparation**: Prepare materials such as name tags, presentation decks, and post-event reports.
- **Creative Ideation**: Generate new ideas for our event themes and activities to enhance the overall experience
- **On-Site Support**: Participate in setup, coordination, and smooth running of events on the day.

**Requirements**:

- Students or Diploma holders in **Events, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality (Or relevant studies)**:

- Prior experience in events, admin, or logistics is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Willing to support the occasional **evening or weekend** event
