**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the full event lifecycle — from initial planning to on-site execution — by coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and overseeing day-of operations
- Manage event registrations across multiple platforms to ensure accurate tracking and a smooth attendee experience
- Serve as a key liaison between clients, vendors and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and efficient planning
- Provide administrative support, including preparing document and managing RSVP, and assisting with event-related correspondence
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences and improve overall planning and execution

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in event planning and platform management is advantageous
- A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends during busy event periods
