We’re seeking a dedicated and energetic Events & Marketing Assistant to support our team in crafting unforgettable events. If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience or someone with a creative eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Event Planning & Coordination - Help plan and manage events from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution
- Logistics & Vendor Coordination - Assist with coordinating vendors, managing event logistics, and liaising with the venue
- RSVP & Guest List Management - Handle guest lists, RSVPs, and event platforms for a seamless experience
- Preparation & Documentation - Prepare materials like name tags, presentation decks, and post-event reports
- Creative Contribution - Share your ideas for event themes, content, and ways to improve future events
- On-Site Event Support - Be an essential part of the team on the day of the event, offering hands-on assistance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Students or diploma holders in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality
- Prior experience in events, administration, or logistics is a plus
- Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with others
- Friendly, proactive, and confident when interacting with guests and vendors
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (depending on event schedule)
