We're hiring: Events & Marketing Assistant

Are you passionate in creating new things? Do you have an abundance of ideas? Experienced or not, this opportunity is great for you

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience while contributing to impactful events and marketing initiatives:

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in managing the entire event process, from initial concept to successful execution.
  • Logistics & Vendor Management: Act as the main contact for vendors, service providers, and guests, ensuring seamless operations.
  • RSVP & Guest Management: Oversee registrations, maintain accurate guest lists, and track attendance.
  • Event Preparation: Prepare materials such as name tags, presentation decks, and post-event reports.
  • Creative Ideation: Contribute fresh ideas for event themes, activities, and enhancements to elevate the overall experience.
  • On-Site Support: Participate in setup, coordination, and smooth running of events on the day.

Requirements:

  • Students or diploma holders in Events, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality
  • Prior experience in events, admin, or logistics is a bonus
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Willing to support the occasional evening or weekend event
