**We're Hiring: Events Assistant**

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Support the full event lifecycle — from initial planning through on-site execution — by coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and managing operations on event day
- Handle event registrations across various platforms to ensure accurate tracking and a smooth attendee experience
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient planning
- Provide administrative support, including preparing document and managing RSVP, and assisting with event-related correspondence
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiences and improve planning processes

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior experience in event planning and platform management is a plus
- A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak event periods

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
