What will you be doing?

·       Assist new customers at the counters and provide information about the services and answer inquiries.

·       Answer reception phone calls.

·       Tally operations weighing details with the weighbridge details.

·       Retrieve or create customer details via the system to create a payment voucher.

·       Verify the accuracy of payment details.

·       Initiate/verify authentication approval for payment.

·       Handle customer issues and feedback to the management for improvement.

·       Maintain accurate records of all transactions in both digital and physical formats.

·       Regularly update and maintain customer and transaction records to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.

·       Maintain clear and effective communication with the operations team, drivers, and management for smooth operations.

·       Provide general administrative support for office consumable

·       Provide administrative support to operations and fleets.

What we are looking for

·       Saturday and Sunday compulsory workday. Off on weekdays

·       Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Proficient in basic computer application
