  • Mon – Fri: 8.15am – 5.00pm /Alternate Sat: 8.15am – 12.15pm

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Process and coordinate customers' orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Handle customer invoices accurately and timely
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and follow-up
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders on customer orders and enquiries
  • Maintain a good understanding of company products and offerings
  • Update product item codes in the system and manage product expiry dates
  • Assist in scheduling delivery routes
