- Mon – Fri: 8.15am – 5.00pm /Alternate Sat: 8.15am – 12.15pm

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Process and coordinate customers' orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Handle customer invoices accurately and timely
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and follow-up
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders on customer orders and enquiries
- Maintain a good understanding of company products and offerings
- Update product item codes in the system and manage product expiry dates
- Assist in scheduling delivery routes
