Key Responsibility :
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are strictly followed.
- Prepare a wide range of dishes, including brunch items, fresh salads, and house-made baked goods.
- Develop seasonal menus and contribute to special promotions or events.
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency at every service.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize wastage.
- Ensure smooth daily kitchen operations, including prep work and service flow.
- Train new staff and support skill development within the team.
Job Requirements :
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Lead in a café, deli, or casual dining environment.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of café-style cuisine.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
