About the role

As a Sous Chef at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM', you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This is a full-time position based in Central Region, SG, where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality cuisine to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control
  2. Lead and supervise the kitchen team, providing guidance and training to ensure consistent food preparation and presentation
  3. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  4. Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and culinary innovations
  5. Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies and ingredients
  6. Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen and restaurant operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
  2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and menu development
  3. Excellent communication and team management skills
  4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to strict timelines
  5. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Proficiency in food safety and hygiene practices
