  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals, drive cultural alignment and support regional growth initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, retention and leadership development programs to attract and retain high performing talent
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, well-being program and regular feedback mechanism to enhance employees' satisfaction and productivity
  • Ensure regional operations comply with local labour law and company policies
  • Spearhead on streamlining HR processes
  • Lead organisational design, restructuring and change management initiative to support business evolution and operational efficiency
  • Manage MOM work pass matters
  • Oversee HR administrative function including payroll, employee records, HRIS system
  • Prepare HR related reports including but not limited to manpower planning, budget and payroll
  • Support the annual performance appraisal process, compensation reviews, incentive payouts, and payroll administration.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or University education in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 years hands-on related experience in human resource management in a F&B manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on and motivated individual with a positive drive
  • Proactive and good interpersonal skills
  • Independent and with initiative
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
