Roles & Responsibilities
· Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, facilitating orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
· Manage daily HR operations, ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records.
· Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
· Oversee work pass applications and compliance for foreign workers.
· Ensure personal files and HRIS records are updated promptly and accurately.
· Administer leave, deductions, and claims for employees.
· Coordinate and support training and development programs.
· Assist in the monthly payroll process.
· Perform any other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements
· Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
· Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
