The National Skin Centre (NSC), a member of NHG Health, is an outpatient specialist dermatological centre with a team of dermatologists who have the experience and expertise to treat a wide variety of skin conditions.

The Centre also aims to facilitate subspecialisation and be the national focus for the treatment, research, and training on all aspects of skin disease.

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain intranet pages for Finance and Clinic Ops
  • Manage routine and adhoc tasks for Committees, namely Medical Dept Fund, NSC Health Fund, Medifund
  • Prepare information for committees meeting above
  • Assist in Finance Data Entry (eg Receipts and Payments)
  • Assist to track and update IT Access Register
  • Assist to update Clinic Execs Leave Roster and process patient listing
  • Prepare monthly Finance and Clinic Operations Report
  • Provide secretarial support to Finance and Clinic Operations HOD
  • Liaison person for Finance and Clinic Ops Department' operations
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience performing secretarial duties
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
