The Sales Manager in Singapore will drive revenue growth by leading business development and managing client relationships. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized AV and UC solutions.

They design, deploy, and manage advanced AV and UC systems, including video conferencing, meeting rooms, digital signage, and immersive experiences. With a strong focus on innovation, they help organizations enhance communication, collaboration, and workplace productivity through cutting-edge technology and managed services.
Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, education, and public sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with design engineers and project managers to deliver tailored AV and UC solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for leadership.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term account growth.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of junior sales staff.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally in AV, unified communications, or IT services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of AV/UC technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Poly, Crestron)
