About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated AV Field Engineer to join their regional team. This role provides technical expertise and on-site support to our Sales Team, Consultants, Partners, and End-Users across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Audio Visual industry and a strong background in engineering and customer-facing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality technical support to the Southeast Asia sales team, consultants, partners, and end-users.
  • Handle general to complex field engineering assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, system integration, and troubleshooting in customer environments.
  • Support trade exhibitions, seminars, and training events across Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical accuracy.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in the Audio or Visual industry is essential.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia for exhibitions, installations, or on-site support.
