The Role:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as the primary account contact.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing accounts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years experience in IT/AV or related solution sales
