We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team in the East Region.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify and convert new business opportunities
  2. Building and managing a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring and training to help them achieve their targets
  3. Cultivating strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients through excellent account management
  4. Analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform sales planning and decision-making
  5. Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  6. Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the New Business Development industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and lead a sales team
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically about sales opportunities
  • Willing to travel when required
