Business Development & Sales:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets (e.g., corporate AV, houses of worship, performing arts, education, broadcast, live events).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand technical and operational requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and system designs in collaboration with engineering and project management teams.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable sales outcomes.
Account Management & Client Relations:
Establish and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and technical credibility.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new clients through the sales and onboarding process.
- Ensure smooth project transitions to operations and technical teams.
Market Strategy & Reporting:
Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the AVL industry.
- Contribute to strategic sales planning and forecasting.
- Track sales activities and report performance metrics to leadership.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and professional organizations to promote the company brand.
