Job Description:
  • Manage and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central, and other local HR systems.
  • Act as the first line of support for system issues and user access (SSO/IAS), escalating when needed.
  • Coordinate data uploads, ensure data accuracy, and maintain system integrity.
  • Support system updates, new feature rollouts, and change management activities.
  • Conduct training for HR staff and support user adoption across teams.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards, ensuring data is accurate and useful.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR and IT teams on projects and improvements.
  • Maintain alignment between systems and HR processes, such as employee lifecycle and org structures.
  • Support testing and rollout of system changes (e.g., CARE interface updates).
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors EC.
  • Experience supporting multi-country HR operations (APAC preferred).
  • Success in HRIS implementation and system rollout projects.

  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central; experience with other modules (PMGM, Compensation, LMS, Recruitment, etc.) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data management, configuration, and system administration.
  • Understanding of HR processes like employee lifecycle, org structures, and eligibility rules.
  • Reporting and analytics skills (e.g., dashboard maintenance, data validation).
