
Regional Business Development Manager

Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. You will also actively seek out other business opportrunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement regional business development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business
opportunities.
- Forecast regional sales and market share growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with local and regional sales teams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and regular engagement.
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value or strategic accounts in the region.
- Lead, mentor, and support regional sales or business development teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful project
delivery and client onboarding.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
- Prepare regular reports on regional performance, sales activities, and business pipeline.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local businesses or industry organizations.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to support long-term growth.
- Manage regional business development budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure cost-effective operations while achieving business objectives.
