Responsibilities

  • Engage walk-in customers, promoting and selling a range of premium coffee products/machines.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Perform cashiering duties and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual display standards.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to build product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in premium, luxury, or high-end FMCG/retail brands is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in direct customer sales and/or team supervision/coaching.
  • Strong work ethic with integrity and reliability.
  • Passionate about customer service and sales.
  • Creative, curious, and able to communicate information in a clear, engaging way.
  • Energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range:

  • Standard: $2,500 - $2,900

Additional Details:

  • Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8.25 hours per day
  • Work Location: Islandwide

Benefits:

  • Quarterly incentives based on customer feedback & team/individual sales performance
  • AWS & variable bonus (paid in March)
  • Average quarterly incentive: $800-$900 (based on sales & service KPIs)
