Dessert Specialist

 We are seeking an experienced and creative Dessert Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the creation, decoration, and presentation of high-quality desserts such as cakes and pastries that pair perfectly with coffee.

• Develop innovative dessert recipes and menus that meet customer preferences.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene practices in all aspects of pastry production.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve kitchen operations goals.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management or immediate superiors.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• A basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is necessary.
• You must be a team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest in developing professionally.
• Attention to detail is crucial, as well as being self-motivated and having good people skills.
• Lastly, we're looking for someone who is innovative and creative.

Benefits:
