We are seeking a Coffee Professional to join our team.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, making and serving a variety of beverages, and staying knowledgeable about our current offerings and preparation techniques. We offer continuous learning opportunities through in-house tastings, cuppings, and training.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Tasting our coffee regularly to ensure quality meets our high standards.
  2. Creating a welcoming atmosphere in our cafes by sharing your passion for coffee with customers.
  3. Supporting the team by performing tasks such as cleaning, clearing, washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, and taking out the trash.
  4. Maintaining proper health and food safety protocols according to guidelines.
  5. Promoting a clean and safe workspace.

You will have the opportunity to taste a wide range of coffee, including our specialty blends, and participate in ongoing training and development programs. You will also receive meal allowances per shift and enjoy staff discounts on coffee beans and merchandise items.
