Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional hospitality to guests, colleagues and vendors
• Making and serving delicious beverages using various brewing and preparation methods
• Staying knowledgeable about our current beverage offerings and preparation techniques, continuously cultivating your own curiosity and knowledge through in-house tastings, cuppings and trainings
• Tasting coffee regularly to ensure quality that upholds our standards, and developing your palate
• Creating a community in our cafes by sharing your joy and knowledge of coffee with guests; inspiring your fellow teammates to do the same
• Supporting the team by taking joy in tasks that keep the cafe running smoothly and effectively
• Maintaining proper health and food safety according to guidelines
• Promoting a clean and safe workspace

Requirements include being proactive and enthusiastic with an avid interest in learning and making coffee, having an outgoing personality to interact with customers, being passionate about speciality coffee and creating inclusive hospitality engagement, and being excited about taking on challenges and possessing a positive attitude.
