About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at The Coffee Lab & Roasters. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee and customer service in our vibrant café located in the Central Region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic food and beverage business.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, take orders and processing payments through POS
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food options, such as coffee, tea, pastries and sandwiches in accordance to SOP
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform daily routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and stations in accordance to SOP
  • Perform inventory checks on products and ingredients
  • Maintain high standard of housekeeping and food hygiene at all time
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items based on insights
  • Support service crew works.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Barista working experience and basic latte art skills is preferred but no essential. Training will be provided
  • Good communication skill and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Passion for all things coffee and a desire to contribute to a thriving cafe culture
