Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Welcome and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Accurately take and process customer orders in a timely manner
  • Respond to coffee-related inquiries and provide informed recommendations based on customer preferences

Coffee Preparation

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes
  • Brew and present filter coffee with consistency, ensuring quality and taste meet established standards

Operations and Maintenance

  • Handle customer payments, operate the cash register, and ensure all transactions are processed accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Ensure all coffee-making equipment is properly maintained and in optimal working condition
  • Assist with inventory and stock management, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as required

Additional Duties

  • Perform other operational tasks as assigned to support the smooth running of the outlet
Job Requirement:
  • Prior experience in a cafe or food & beverage environment is an advantage, but training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
  • Passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer experiences
  • Friendly, energetic, and a team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
