With over 40 years of industry expertise, Café Specialists was founded in 2017, born from our founder's deep passion for the art of coffee. Our journey, however, began much earlier, with roots in traditional Nanyang coffee roasting dating back to 1981. Over time, we expanded our focus, eventually venturing into gourmet coffee roasting, bringing together the best of both worlds.
We source the finest coffee beans from over 20 countries, carefully roasting them in-house at our Woodlands facility to ensure exceptional quality in every cup. In addition to our premium selection of gourmet and single-origin specialty beans, we offer a diverse range of coffee equipment and brewing solutions to suit every need—whether you're a home barista or seeking professional-grade equipment for commercial use. We are the authorized distributor for renowned coffee machine brands like Rocket espresso, Eureka and Dr Coffee .
We also provide a variety of beverage options, including KAV premium beverages that is made in USA. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Woodlands. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities including prospecting, developing positive relationships with customers, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, managing accounts, and contributing to team sales goals. The Specialist will also assist in marketing , recipe development and other promotional related job scopes such as trade shows and events that helps generate new leads and maintain customer relationship.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Relevant experience in the coffee or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
