Job responsibilities:**

  • Responsible for sales and promote a range of analytical and general laboratory instrumentation. Added advantage in the area of material characterization products
  • Develop a strong working relationship with existing customers and actively seek out new prospects to increase market share.
  • Explore new applications and new area of the products.
  • Organize marketing events to promote the products.
  • Keep others informed of your scheduling, traveling and whereabouts.
  • Inform other members of the company and your team of opportunities, problems, or important market information.
  • Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues.
  • When needed, help the company with collection of payment for your sales.
  • Provide reports as requested, as well as maintaining and updating the CRM

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Chemistry / Material Science or equivalent related discipline OR with relevant diploma and pursuing part time degree can be considered
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Laboratory related technical sales
  • Proper English level as have to communicate with the Director in second round of interview who is from UK. To be able to do presentations to customers who are professors/ academia/ industrial segment kind of people
