NorthEast Region, Singapore ADVANCED SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Advanced Specialist Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and driven Marketing & Sales Associate to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and expansion of our business while gaining valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and promote company services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, tender submissions and presentations.
  • Support the Business Development team in achieving sales targets and company objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or equivalent background in Construction, Building, Architecture, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required in business development or sales (experience in the servicing sector will be advantageous).
  • Strong interest in client acquisition, partnership development, and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships will be considered an asset.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Relevant experience in marketing and/or sales is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
